Hello, i am yasmin: a first-generation, American-born, Afro-Caribbean woman, eldest daughter, leadership and empowerment coach, liberation steward, equity-rooted facilitator, human design oracle, somatic alchemist and abolitionist.I empower new, emerging leaders (regardless of title) to access and unlock their agency through embodied, life-affirming practices personally and professionally. I work with a mixture of Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) folks, women of color, eldest daughters, and other folks of marginalized backgrounds/ identities.

Instead of one-size-fits-all coaching, I guide individuals, particularly those from marginalized backgrounds, through transformative journeys. We integrate body-based practices, anti-capitalist Black feminist theory, and behavioral neuroscience to dismantle internalized limitations, navigate systemic barriers, and lead/ live authentically. Together, we craft a path to personal and professional growth, inspiring and co-creating the world we want to live in. True leadership, I believe, is not about titles; it's about living in integrity towards a vision you believe in.

about me
yasmin* Marrero (she/her/ella) is a facilitator, coach, and curator centering embodied leadership and culturally-aware empowerment. She believes holistic empowerment is a relationship between liberatory personal development and cultural systems of integrity. Internationally, she has used her co-creative, relational approach to curate learning and development experiences that leverage behavioral neuroscience, liberatory praxis, organizational change, somatics and empathic facilitation. Through partnership, yasmin disrupts the norm that embodied fulfillment are reserved for those with higher levels of privilege while providing the tools for liberatory, values-based cultural change from self to society. Certified Qualified Administrator of the the Intercultural Development Inventory®. Past clients range from executives to entrepreneurs with special attention to BIPOC, women, and non-dominant identity groups.
